Tissue Culturist. Was Laboratory Supervisor at HRU. Promoted to Laboratory Manager at AAR Tissue Culture Laboratory. Transferred to Administration section as an assistant Administrative Officer in 2005. Experience in setting up an OSHA Committee and implementing its requirements for the whole organization. Launched the company into active participation in the HRDF thereby spear heading active training and retraining of the workforce for continual performance and improvement. Transferred to crop improvement section in 2006 as tissue culturist in AAR new tissue culture laboratory.
