Chemist (Research Officer). Joined AAR since July 2000. Responsible in managing the R&D chemistry laboratory and supporting agronomists in R&D work related to Chemistry and biochemistry. Also responsible in developing new methods of analysis in soil and plant and working on laboratory experiments related to oil palm agronomy. She is also the ISO 9001 management representative and chairman for OSHA committee.
